Your order is received by us at the time you receive a confirmation e-mail from Onycosolve. All prices within the site are final. In case of an ongoing promotion, our customers will have the chance to get a discount on the price of the product in promotion. The products will be sent by courier to the address you have indicated on the Order Form. The payment method is COD (cash on delivery). In areas where it is not possible to send your order by courier, the delivery is provided by the British Post. Shipping will take place daily, except weekends and holidays.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it (as new), without being unsealed or the package being violated, just before the sale, as the full original packaging.

The customer has the right to return the product purchased and ask to be replaced with another product or a refund, in two cases:
